Bring your business into the flow
Engagement and success for all employees
Based on our own real-world experience, we know how important each and every employee is for the success of a company. FLOWIT aims to help and encourage every employee to develop their own individual strengths and skills, and to help companies advance over the long term.
FLOWIT - developed based on real-world experience for real-world use.
FLOWIT originated from a practical issue in the family-owned business.
2017 The problem
While planning their annual performance reviews, Bilâl Tahris and Suat Demokan realize that traditional methods no longer work in today’s world. As a response to the changing world of work and with the aim of establishing a new culture of communication in companies, FLOWIT is born.
2018 The solution
The implementation of the first functional version (MVP) at ARTEK AG proves to be a resounding success. The FLOWIT platform is used across all levels of the company and significantly improves the culture of communication as well as levels of appreciation shown towards employees.
Low-threshold usability is the primary focus of the platform’s further development. The application is continuously revised and adapted in cooperation with employees. There are always new ideas for new functions and options, which in turn allows FLOWIT to become an increasingly comprehensive platform.
At this point, the number of external companies expressing interest in the platform continues to grow. FLOWIT AG is founded in December 2020 with the goal of giving every company the opportunity to take an active approach to personnel development. The core team continues to grow and take shape over the coming months.
FLOWIT is developed by an interdisciplinary team from the fields of data science and AI, human resources, IT, science and corporate management. New features are added. From Q3 2021, FLOWIT offers companies easy access to a digital, highly agile form of personnel development.

The founder of the “FLOWIT” start-up, Yasemin Tahris, was nominated in the “Leadership” category for the renowned FemBizSwiss Award, which will be presented on September 2nd, 2021. In Switzerland there are numerous women who drive innovative projects in the digital economy and shape them sustainably. The award is intended to honor founders and designers from medium-sized companies or large corporations who are helping to shape the future of Switzerland with their digital ideas.
Flowit, the start-up founded by Stammheim native Yasemin Tahris, is currently flying high. She founded the company last fall, together with her husband and a business partner. ‘Flowit’ is an app that is mainly intended to replace traditional performance reviews in companies. As Tahris explains in an interview with Radio Munot, the founders’ goal is for these discussions to take place more frequently with the help of a digital coach so that feedback is given more often.
Yasemin Tahris refers to traditional performance reviews as ‘annual accounting’. Managers rattle off a long list of goals; employees have to do as they are told. She wants to change all that: together with her team, Tahris has developed ‘Flowit’ – a kind of smart, digital coach for feedback and learning in the workplace. The app is intended to help employees take more control over their professional development. After all, as we already know, personal development is one of the largest motivational drivers within a company.
